Prior to joining Drysdale Properties, I served as the Vice President of Operations and was instrumental in the revenue, agent and business expansion of one of the largest independent, non-franchised real estate brokerage companies, now with 12 offices in the San Francisco North Bay area. I've delivered results by serving as a change agent, marketing leader and strategic planner who improves sales, service and operational effectiveness while building the brand, expanding reach, and aligning our company's goals/priorities.
